Dark Chocolate 100 gm
Unsalted Butter 100 gm
Curd 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Sugar 3/4 Cup
Flour 1 3/4 Cup
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 3/4 tsp
Walnuts - 1/4 cup
Milk As Required
• Melt dark Chocolate in the microwave. Add a little milk if required.
• Cut butter in small pieces and add it to melted chocolate.
• Mix well untill butter is melted to form a smoth mixture and keep aside.
• Mix sugar, curd and vanilla untill sugar dissolves.
• Add chocolate mixture in the curd mixture and mix well.
• In another bowl, seive flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda together.
• Now add flour mixture to the choclate mixture and mix well.
• Add milk in the mixture to adjust consistency.
• Mix chopped walnuts with small amount of flour and add it in the cake mixture. It would prevent nuts from sinking to the bottom.
• Grease the cake tin and dust with flour. Remove excess flour.
• Pour the mixture and bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 - 40 minutes.
Cut the brownie in square peices.
Drizzle chocolate sauce or melted chocolate on each peice.
Sprinkle silver sugar pearls on the top
