Plain Flour 1 3/4 cup
Unsalted Butter 3/4 cup
Ice Cold Water 1/4 cup
White Chocolate 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream 1/4 cup
Mixed berries 1/2 cup
Dice butter into small cubes amd seive the flour in a bowl.
Add butter cubes into the flour and rub them together with your fingertips.
Add 1-2 tbsp of cold water and combine to form a stiff dough.
Cover the dough and refrigerate for atleast 15 minutes.
Knead the dough well and divide it into equal parts after taking out.
Dust a rolling pin and platform with flour and roll the dough according to the size of your tart moulds.
Grease the tart moulds and place the dough in the moulds.
Prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.
Bake the tarts at 200* C for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven.
Tarts Shells will be ready to use after cooling completely.
Grate white chocolate and heat cream in a pan.
When cream is hot, add chocolate and mix well to form a smooth mixture.
Fill the chocolate filling in tart shells and garnish with berries.
