
Whipping Cream 1 cup
Icing Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Keep a bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
In the bowl, pour chilled whipping cream and whip it using an electric beater or a whisk.
Scrape the sides and mix well after whipping for 3-4 minutes.
Add icing sugar and vanilla essence and mix well untill combined.
Powdered Sugar can also be used instead of icing sugar. Just add 1 tbsp of cornflour in powdered sugar.
Beat untill soft peaks are formed. Do not beat after that otherwise the cream would be overwhipped and grainy.
This is the recipie for basic whipped cream. You can add any colour or flavour in it to make a wide variety of whipped cream frostings from it.
