
Unsalted Butter 1 cup
Icing Sugar 2 cup
Vanilla Essemce 1/2 tsp
Milk 1-2 tbsp
Beat softened butter using an electric beater or a whisk for 3-4 minutes.
Gradually add sugar and mix untill sugar is incorporated.
Powdered Sugar can also be used instead of icing sugar. Just add 1 tbsp of cornflour per cup of powdered sugar.
Add vanilla essence and mix well. Buttercream is ready to use.
This is the recipie of basic buttercream. You can add any flavour or color to make a variety of buttercream frostings from it.
